Cancellation Policy
Because of prepaid expenses required to produce THE Party in Fort Worth, no refunds will be made if you cannot attend THE Party or if THE Party must be canceled because of inclement weather or some other unforeseeable event.
Should we be forced to cancel this event, please consider your ticket, table or sponsorship purchase a donation to The Fort Worth Promotion & Development Fund to better help promote Fort Worth to the world.
About Josh Weathers
Josh Weathers is a Fort Worth based soulful singer songwriter. He has spent the last 15 years honing his craft of combining songs of hope with a high energy rock n’ soul live show. Since a video of him singing “I Will Always Love You” the classic Dolly Parton hit went viral a few years ago, it has expanded Josh’s reach to a national and global level. Many people have compared him to the likes of John Mellencamp, Springsteen or even Stevie Wonder, but his die hard fan base has found something incredibly unique about his ability to connect with an audience. In late 2015 Josh and his wife Kady founded a non profit organization called Love Like You Mean It Intl. after a life changing trip to India. Since the foundation began Josh has chosen to use his platform to bring awareness to their efforts overseas. If you ever have the chance to witness a live performance… do it. You’ll be a part of something special.

Dress Boots and Hats: Dust off those dress boots and grab your favorite cowboy hat. Whether they’re classic or modern, make sure they’re ready for a night of dancing and fun.
Western Flair: Think fringe, denim, and leather. Add a touch of your own western style with a statement belt buckle, a stylish bolo tie, or a chic bandana.
Remember, it’s all about having fun and embracing the spirit of Fort Worth’s western culture with a bit of glam. We can’t wait to see your unique style!
Where is the event?
Once again, we are returning to Billy Bob’s Texas - The World’s Largest Honky Tonk. The address is 2520 Rodeo Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76164. Please use the Box Office entrance to check in and pick up your credentials.
Where do I park?
Valet parking will be provided. If you are driving to the event, Valet Parking will be available in Rodeo Plaza. Please access Rodeo Plaza from Stockyards Boulevard.
What time does the party start?
The Party starts at 6:00pm. We have a wide variety of events planned: food stations, armadillo racing, casino gambling, raffle prizes, goods for sale from local Fort Worth Vendors, and more. Live music and raffle prize drawings will go on at 9:00 PM, followed by a late-night snack.
What name do I give at check in?
Credentials and event seating will be organized first by Company or Organization name. Please provide the name of the company you are attending on behalf of, and then your name.
